    ExceptionHandler, ParrotLibrary, ParrotInterpreter, ParrotThread,
    ParrotRunningThread, Rational, FixedPMCArray, ResizablePMCArray, and
    GDBMHash PMCs now use declared attributes (ATTR), in place of the
    deprecated UnionVal.
