3.0rc1 リリースされました。
例によって.msi形式のバイナリはまだです。

This is a release candidate; we currently support these formats:

    * Gzipped source tar ball (3.0rc1) (sig)
    * Bzipped source tar ball (3.0rc1) (sig)
    * Windows x86 MSI Installer (3.0b3) (sig)
    * Windows AMD64 MSI Installer (3.0b3) (sig)

2.6は先だってrc1が出てますので、今回はrc2となります。
