　ありがとうございます。make cleanした後、再度IPC::SysVとData::Damperの
MakefileのLDDLFLAGSを修正して、お蔭様でmakeは成功しました。

make testの結果は次のようでした。

kanji/regexp.......FAILED at test 8
kanji/sjis.........ok

kanjiのtestはわたなべさんのBlogではすべてokになっていたと思いました。LDDLFLAGSLDDLFLAGS
