ビットウォークの高橋です。

今ひとつ確証が持てないのですが、次にリリースされるTkモジュールは、
Tcl/Tk8.4系をポーティングすることを前提に作業が進められているようです。
どうやらTk804.???という番号になるようです。

最近のcomp.lang.perl.tkの話題からいくつか紹介します。

Just to let you know the porting process for tk8.4a3 has just reached point
where all the C code compiles and links. Now to get it to load ...

Tk804.??? to be + bleadperl can now (on SuSE 6.4 + some extra fonts):
 A. Pass all its test suite.
 B. Display perl's Japanese and Korean encoding test data in a Text widget

My semi-instrumented malloc/free is showing leaks, but not where they
come from yet (though they do seem to be multi-font related...)

I think I am going to see what happens if I try tkmail with it ...
