というエラーになってしまうのですが、Cygwinでhostを指定するには何を指定す
ればよいのでしょうか。

　一応、./configure --host=cygwin

としてみましたけど(根拠なし^^;)、認識できず、一応BSD compatibleとして一
応Makefileはできたようなので、makeすると、最後はエラー・・・
