Just to let you know that I have merged the tcl/tk 8.4.0 sources 
and most of tests are now passing (Linux).

Fun things:
  A. They have changed the Window Manager "wm" command and now it does 
     not seem to hang on popup for either Gnome or KDE.
  B. There is a new widget "panned" - which is like our Adjuster.

A new "alpha" of Tk804 in a day or two.
